After
raising two great kids and a dozen years of doing
administrative, clerical, and design work, while working on my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at UNL, I started this adventure
as an apprentice in New York City, working with a master bookbinder, and also with a photographer working in panoramic
images. Then, working through MacTemps (now Aquent) as a computer software and hardware consultant for several major
companies in and around NYC, and then Detroit, MI, I returned to Nebraska and began freelancing as a graphic designer.
Thus was born Mid-Life Celebration, Ltd. - of which MLC
Design is a part - I began doing business in 1996. I specialize in design and production of marketing materials;
training manuals, and collateral training materials; presentations; newsletters. Through
Johnson Photography I can supply fine art and stock photography for your brochure,
billboard, or boardroom. Through plain paper and fabric company, I can supply custom
orders for handmade paper gifts, special
event invitations and guestbooks. Our 100% wheat
